Hendra has progressed and overseen major commercial and hospitality interior projects located in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region over the last 24 years. Projects he has successfully completed include Merrill Lynch Corporate Offices and Credit Suisse offices. Hendra specializes in project management, client management and construction documentation.

LAU CHUN HOONG

Design Director

Chun Hoong graduated from the Lasalle College of Arts with a Diploma in Interior Design and a Diploma in Management Studies from The Singapore Institute of Management. During his 15 years of experience as an Interior Designer, he has successfully completed projects including the Prudential Corporate Offices. With a keen eye for detail, Chun Hoong reviews and conducts quality control on projects’ construction process.

HOWARD TANG

Project Director

Howard graduated with a certificate in Interior Architecture from Malaysia’s Ungku Omar Polytechnic and have joined several architectural and interior consultancy firms in Malaysia and Singapore where he was responsible for design & conceptualization, design production monitoring, QA/ QC Management, sequencing of work, manpower and project Monitoring.His portfolio includes projects for Phoenix Hotel and Keppel Land Corporate office.

YAIRUDIN (JAI)

Conceptual Design

After graduating with a BA (Hons) degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Jai has been actively involved in the conceptualization of commercial spaces and hospitality developments. Jai’s strength is in conceptualization, design development and client liaison.
As a designer, he has designed and managed interior fitout projects for Shangrila Business Centre, Ooster Restaurant and Dell Global Offices.
