Open spaces were designed to encourage serendipitous encounters between staff. Big & open office concept meander through the shared workspace & are intended to encourage staff to collaborate. We wanted to maintain the idea of one single open space, getting all the different departments to share a huge space, segmented into different types of workstations, encouraging relationships (collaborate).The different configurations of work desk used gives employees their own private space to focus on their work whilst keeping a sense of “community”.
